Mashburn Lake Event Center is located on a two hundred acre working farm in southwest McMinn County Tennessee. It is a short 14 minute drive from Athens and 20 minute stretch from Cleveland. The center is situated on top of a hillside with an overlooking view of the glistening 7 acre lake. It boasts a spectacular Ballroom, which allows comfortable seating for up to 250 guests, decorated in tasteful Victorian style drapes with windows abound.  It is complete with sound system, music library, and projector. The 14’ decorative tin ceiling and massive bronze globe chandeliers are sure to set the mood for any event.

To ensure your comfort, the building is equipped with heat and air, elegant and oversized restrooms to accommodate a large guest list, and convenient parking with large walkways to offer easy access to our handicap guest.

We offer a beautifully landscaped outdoor ceremony sight located by the waters edge, giving it a peaceful romantic aura.  We offer comfortable white chair outdoor seating for up to 300 guests on the ceremony lawn. Our custom painted motor carriage will deliver the bride to the ceremony site in unique fashion. You may choose our beautifully designed wrought iron arbor as a back drop to exchange vows. Photographs taken with these breathe taking views are sure to compliment any bride.
